¿WHAT IS?

BlizzCon is a video game convention held by Blizzard Entertainment to promote their major franchises. The first BlizzCon was held in October 2005 at the Anaheim Convention Center in the United States where it has been held since. The convention features game-related announcements, previews of upcoming Blizzard Entertainment games and content, Q&A sessions and panels, and playable versions of various Blizzard games. The closing night has featured concerts by The Offspring, Tenacious D, Foo Fighters, Ozzy Osbourne, Blink-182, and Metallica.

BLIZZCON® 2015 ONLINE MERCHANDISE SALE

The BlizzCon® 2015 online merchandise sale has begun! Begun on October 16 through November 8, BlizzCon attendees and Virtual Ticket holders have access to a treasure trove of BlizzCon-premiere loot through the Blizzard Gear Store. October 2015 Ranked Play Season

Hearthstone® October 2015 Ranked Play Season – Highmaulin’ and Brawlin’

The nineteenth official Hearthstone Ranked Play Season is now live—and Hearthstone is unveiling a new card back you can add to your collection!

YOU SMASH PUNY OPPOSITION with the Highmaul card back! You can only earn this brutish card back by playing Hearthstone during the month of October.

These card backs replace the reverse side of your cards and are a great way to show off your Hearthstone accomplishments. Add the Highmaul card back to your collection by hitting Rank 20 in Ranked Play mode. You’ll receive the Highmaul card back at the end of October’s Ranked Play Season.

In Ranked Play, you’ll receive bonus stars based on your performance from the previous season —one bonus star per rank you attained.

Medivh is an alternate hero for the Mage class in Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft.

HOW TO GET IT!

To unlock Medivh you should buy it with real money, it is not possible to buy Medivh using gold. Once unlocked the player can choose to use Medivh in place of Jaina Proudmoore whenever playing with a mage deck.

It brings a new card back and no free TGT packs!

Recently (before the expansion of TGT were released) a user asked a question to Daxxarri (Daxxarri is a Community Manager at Blizzard Entertainment, his Twitter is @Daxxarri) Through Twitter; The conversation was this:

User: Are we getting free TGT packs on launch like with GvG?

Daxxarri: Nope. Not too late to pre-order for a discount on a bunch of TGT packs though–if you haven’t already. 

And the other New is that a new card back came with the expansion of TGT (The Grand Tournament), this card back is called "Power Core" and will be available just for players who participate in or attend select Hearthstone eSports tournaments around the world.
